History

The Chinese Taipei Baseball Association was founded in 1973, recognised by the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee as the sole authorised entity and representative on baseball matters in Taiwan. The main mission and goals of the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association is to promote and develop the sport of baseball in the territory. Some of the main responsibilities of the CTBA includes staging national and international baseball clinics and competitions; management, selection, training and preparation for international competition of all age groups and levels of the Chinese Taipei national teams, international window of communication to IF's, Continental confederations, WBCI and other international baseball entities, etc. [...]
